Classmates' Federalist 51 post [Reply]

Dylan Hewitt - Why is it so important to split power into three different parts?

-Many accounts in history and society portray that all power in one subject leads to failure or instability. It is important to split power into three different parts because it prevents one person or group from becoming too powerful, consequently, it will rise to be oppressive and take away rights from the people. Other affects of division of powers are improved quality of decision making. It is so because there are 3 branches to check and balance and make further review of government decisions and bills.
