Roe vs Wade

1.Abortion Mills are offices that illegally performed abortions.
2. Viability can occur at the earliest of around 24 weeks.
3. The right to privacy is listed in the Constitution.
4. Texas believes that life begins at conception.
5.. The Court's decisions recognizing a right of privacy also acknowledge that some state regulation in areas protected by that right is appropriate.

6. The State's interest and general obligation to protect life then extends, it is argues to prenatal life.
7.After the end of the first trimester, the morality of abortion may be less than morality in normal childbirth.
8.The "compelling point" is at the end of the first trimester; also at viability.
9.A pregnant woman's privacy differs from others because she is carrying another life within her.
10. Many other courts have ruled that the right to privacy is broad enough to protect abortions, but is subject to some limitations.

Questions :
1. When does life begin?
2. Shouldnt abortion be illegal since it is technically a murder?
3. Does a baby in a womb have rights?
4. If abortion is legal, why is stem cell  illegal?
5. Should the government create some kind of "punishment", "compensation" for the women who gets aborted ?
